Ashtabula County Children Serivces Board’s mission is to assure that children at risk of abuse or neglect are protected and nurtured within a family and with the support of the community.

Ashtabula County Children Services Board is a family oriented public resource mandated by law to help provide for the protection of children. As all children have the right to a safe, nurturing, stable home, our goal is to promote the development of strong, secure, and healthy individuals within a family. To do this, we support the provision of therapeutic, preventative, and educational services within the community to empower families to care for their children.

We are an intergal part of the network of community resources that work cooperatively to maximize efficient and effective delivery of service.

We are an approachable team that utilizes the strengths of individual members to build a continuum of servicesand support.

We are proactive in community planning for families and children in Ashtabula County.
